Prana pervades the whole body and is the sum total of the nervous force. At a certain stage of growth and specifically through the Seven Sanctuary Shaktis, we learn to control the prana by the mind via the brain and the Ajna Center.

Prana is distributed to the nervous system or plexi or nerve ganglia.

This nerve ganglia is a dense reflection and manifestation of the vital etheric plexi known as Nadis in the eastern esoteric tradition, and sometimes refered to as the Health Aura in the western tradition.

The etheric or vital body is formed entirely of this vital plexi or Nadis. This forms the substratum blueprint of living substance which underlies the dense physical body.

The Nadis are the "circuitry" through which Prana or vital airs" flow.

The Nadis are Composed of five strands or filaments, each carrying a different frequency of this Prana. Herein lies a major key as to the capacity to contact, carry and channel greater amounts and varying higher frequencies of energy within the system in a balanced and controlled manner.

As the individual evolves, these Nadis handle the differing frequencies that make the totality of Who We Are.

The first nadi is activated very slowly over many lifetimes, until one treads the Path of Initiation.

The other four strands vibrate at a slight hum, with the exception of peak experiencies, over-stimulation, lop-sided development, and drug induced states until the later stages of the Divine Path.

The Sanctuary Process is being offered to Humanity at this time to safely and most rapidly access and eventually control the activity of all five Nadis.

There are today three general ways to access these strands, expecially the first two strands:

1. Through many years of a specific discipline either under a Self-Realized Teacher or alone.

2. Through other New Age Exercises and Attunement techniques one can access the first strand totally and the 2nd sporadically without control. Sporadic access results in clogged systems.

3. Through the SANCTUARY Process with its major Attunements, Template Attunements, and the Seven Sanctuary Shaktis.

Following is a breakdown of the five Nadis, the type of pranic energy channeled, and those Sanctuary Shaktis which precisely, rapidly and safely unlock and give access to the Whole:
First Strand...unlocked through: First SANCTUARY SHAKTI.

This is the energy of Prana. Total access affects Transformation and achives the ability to heal the physical/etheric body.

TEMPLATE CLEARING

As we journey through our lives, we collect many ideas, about ourselves, the people and the world around us, both positive and negative. The positive ideas are good. The energy of the negative ideas, which are held in our aura and cells, are the blockages dealt with in Template Clearing.

We all carry these Blockages with us. We live with them, forming patterns of thought and behavior. Soon, we find ourselves in an unusal world of our own creation. Then, when confronted by a similarity to an old negative situation, our reaction is automatic, from memory self sabotaging our present and future lives. The energy of Template Clearing facilitates the loosening and removal of these negative energies.

This Shakti is the Sacred Energy of Sanctuary. This is the Light of Enlightenment. Powerful and cleansing, its use has a purifying and expanding effect on the body.

This Shakti helps to dispel the darkness of negative, non-beneficial, unwanted and no longer needed thought forms or attachments to your belief system.

The Shakti can be used to intensify other levels of Sanctuary Energy, and help carry them thru the body.

By using this Shakti, you will be able to surround yourself with the Light, and use its protective qualities.

FIRST BOOSTER

The Heart Booster gives the ability to access, at will, the energy of Unconditional Love.

Activating this energy on a regular basis will help to loosen blocks in yourself as well as those to whom you send the energy, facilitating the opening of the heart center.

I also wanted to tell you that your guided meditation just before the Ichchashakti attunement was absolutely wonderful. I have never felt such inner peace before. Hello Again, tell me what vitamins you put in Sanctuary 3. In the train this morning, I had time to practise, and now, I'm in my office in Paris with a *constant flow* of energy pouring down through my crown, lighting up the back of my nose, my throat and heart. Amazingly, just looking at the integration symbol increases the feeling. It is difficult to stay focused for work. Bliss is really close every time I close my eyes. Much Light, JP

This morning was a 'train morning' and it was four hours strait of attunements and meditation. It was great at the time, but later on in the day, my medulla was completely flooded with energy. I was giving a training sessions to users and trying to focus on computer stuff while my mind and medulla were going totally berzerk. It was sightly embarassing but really gloriously blissful. Amazing. Focusing was really hard, but the feeling of energy flow in the medulla in spine was sooo great. Can you explain what gives this feeling? Why is it difficult to stay 'awake' ? My eyes rolled-up spontaneously if I shut them and the feeling of bliss submerged me for almost two hours. What does that ? Is it just energy flow ? Why does it feel so great ? Pascal
